After achieving her dream of building an American family life, Autumn found herself unfulfilled, leading her to discover the power of fitness and meditation as pathways to deeper meaning and health.

As a certified ACE Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist, Autumn combines her background in fitness with over two decades of experience in fitness and nutrition to empower women to take control of their health. She believes that true transformation comes not just from physical strength but from aligning the body and mind.
